Connect with your family and decrease the stigma around mental illness in 4 easy steps:
1. Download one of the 3 PDFs below.
2. Go on a 20-minute family walk every day for 2-weeks. While on these walks, use the "TALK TOGETHER" prompts to discuss mental health topics.
3. At the end of each walk, fill out your workbook with the time of your walk and how you're feeling that day. Either do this on your computer with the "fillable" PDF or print out the "printable" PDF and complete the workbook by hand.
4. To redeem your reward: After two weeks, fill out the info on the last page of the workbook.
